Social connection data deletion

Posting Agent stores the account identifier, display name, granted permissions, encrypted authorization token, and publishing records needed to provide social publishing. We never receive your Instagram or Facebook password.

Disconnect and delete from the portal

1. Sign in to the Posting Agent customer portal.
2. Open Social accounts.
3. Choose the connected account, select Remove, and confirm.

Removal revokes Posting Agent's publishing access when the provider supports it and deletes the stored authorization token. Posts already published on the social network remain there.

If you cannot access the portal, email ashton@thepostingagent.com from the email address associated with your Posting Agent account. Include the social platform and account username. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.
