Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of Posting Agent's website, customer portal, and social account connection features. Your purchased services are also governed by your Posting Agent service agreement.
Social account connections
You may authorize Posting Agent to publish content to professional social accounts that you own or are permitted to manage. You are responsible for selecting the correct account and maintaining the authority to use it.
You can remove or replace a connection from the customer portal. Removing a connection stops future publishing through that authorization. It does not remove content already published on the social network.
Platform availability
Social publishing depends on services operated by Meta, Google, and other providers. Features may be temporarily unavailable when a provider changes its permissions, APIs, review status, or service availability.
